FAYONIX® RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At FAYONIX®, we want you to love your new eyewear! If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know.


14-DAY-EASY RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

To qualify for a return, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Send an E-Mail to hello@fayonix.com to start the process.

  2. Follow the instructions to start your return.

  3. We’ll send you detailed instructions.

Important: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • We sent the wrong item.

    • The item is damaged or defective.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a voucher code for the return process.

  • Customs clearance delays are beyond our control and are not a valid reason for a return.


REFUND PROCESS

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


EXCHANGES

  • If you need a different size or style, you can request an exchange during the return process.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We’ll guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.


CANCELING AN ORDER

  • We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not always be possible.

  • Once a shipping confirmation with tracking details has been sent, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

  • If you need to cancel, email us at hello@fayonix.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
